Julian Lambertin is co-head of FGS Global's AI + Innovation unit in Europe, leading the AI Advisory and Decision Intelligence teams.
He combines data science and AI with psychology and behavioral insights to help executives lead with confidence and build durable alignment between companies and their stakeholders. His work spans change and transformation, issues management, and high-stakes advisory across the full communications lifecycle.
With over 15 years of experience advising major blue-chip clients across automotive, consumer goods, education, energy, financial services, healthcare, and technology, he has counseled clients on brand and product development, crisis and litigation, digital transformation, policy engagement, leadership transitions, and M&A.
Based in Munich, Julian has also worked and lived in North America and the Asia Pacific region. He is a published author and speaker on artificial intelligence in consulting, the future of work, media and persuasion, digital consumer behavior, the ROI of communications, and the role of brands as political actors.
He holds two master's degrees from Australia and Germany, is a PhD candidate at the University of Erfurt, and has obtained a certification in creative leadership from Kaospilot. He is also an angel investor in tech start-ups and advisor to venture capital firms on emerging technologies.
