Julie Rudnick is a Partner in the New York office and Co-Head of the firm’s North American Private Capital practice. She advises leading asset management firms and public companies on corporate positioning, reputation and media relations, helping clients develop and execute communications strategies that support their long-term business objectives.
Julie has extensive experience advising asset management firms, as well as their portfolio companies, across a range of strategic and reputational matters. She also provides communications counsel in connection with major financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and other capital markets activity. Her clients include Altas Partners, Brighton Park Capital, EQT, Hines, Stonepeak and Thoma Bravo, among others.
Her notable IPO assignments include advising Rent the Runway, Bumble, OneStream and Warner Music Group on their Nasdaq listings, as well as Alibaba Group and Klaviyo on their NYSE listings.
Julie graduated magna cum laude from Skidmore College with a B.S. in Management and Business and a minor in Sociology.
