Julie Rudnick

Julie Rudnick is a Managing Director in the New York office. She works with private equity firms and public companies to develop, execute and manage long-term corporate positioning and media relations programs.

Julie has provided strategic communications counsel to clients in connection with a variety of financial transactions including mergers, acquisitions and IPOs. She has significant experience working with private equity firms and supporting their portfolio companies. She has advised Permira on its U.S. communications and transactions since 2013, and provides ongoing counsel to Audax Group, Brighton Park Capital, FS Investments, TSG Consumer Partners, among others.

Notable IPO assignments include providing support to Rent the Runway, Bumble and Warner Music Group on their Nasdaq listings, and Alibaba Group on its listing on the NYSE.

Prior to joining the firm, Julie interned at the public relations firm PMK-BNC. She also interned at legacy SVC before joining the firm full time.

Julie graduated magna cum laude from Skidmore College with a B.S. in Management and Business and a minor in Sociology.
