Julie Rudnick is a Managing Director in the New York office. She works with private equity firms and public companies to develop, execute and manage long-term corporate positioning and media relations programs.
Julie has provided strategic communications counsel to clients in connection with a variety of financial transactions including mergers, acquisitions and IPOs. She has significant experience working with private equity firms and supporting their portfolio companies. She has advised Permira on its U.S. communications and transactions since 2013, and provides ongoing counsel to Altas Partners, EQT, SKKY Partners, Stonepeak, among others.
Notable IPO assignments include providing support to Rent the Runway, Bumble, OneStream, Warner Music Group on their Nasdaq listings, and Alibaba Group and Klaviyo on their listings on the NYSE.
Julie graduated magna cum laude from Skidmore College with a B.S. in Management and Business and a minor in Sociology.
