Kamella Hudson

Kamella is a Partner in the Government Affairs, Policy and Advocacy team at FGS Global. She specialises in political communications, ensuring clients are well positioned amongst political stakeholders, and able to manage political and regulatory risk at times of change.

Since first joining FGS Global in 2014, she has worked with some of the UK’s largest businesses, including EY, Reckitt, Boots, Taylor Wimpey, Travis Perkins and ASOS. She helps clients to understand the political landscape, how to contribute to public policy, manage reputational challenges, and develop proactive campaigns on issues including sustainability, skills and the representation of women on boards. She also has extensive experience advising clients on select committees and transactions.

Kamella has two decades of experience in Labour Party politics, having worked with several Shadow Ministers and as a National Campaigns Officer. Today, she works closely with frontbench teams, advising on business engagement and helping to facilitate policy development.
