Before joining FGS Global, I served as an HR Manager at an HR vendor, where I provided HR solutions and support to various clients. My professional background is rooted in corporate HR, with extensive experience across multiple industries, including IT consulting and the automotive sector.
Life Beyond FGS Global
I currently live in Tokyo with my husband and two children. Outside of work, I enjoy practicing yoga and Pilates, which help me stay centered and energized. Music is also a significant part of my life. I value spending quality time with my family and exploring new experiences together in Tokyo.
After graduating from college, I began my career at Mazda Motor Corporation, where I served as an HR Business Partner and International HR Specialist. After that, I relocated to San Francisco and joined an IT consulting firm, working as a researcher and office administrator.
Six years ago, I returned to Tokyo and continued my career in the IT consulting industry, taking on the role of HR Director. My experience also includes working for an HR vendor, where I further deepened my expertise in human resources solutions and client management.
Currently, I serve as HR Manager Japan, where I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, talent management, and organizational development for the Japan office.
