Katharina Blumenfeld

Katharina Blumenfeld is a Partner at the Corporate and Transaction practice based in Paris and Frankfurt. She joined Hering Schuppener in 2010. Since 2021 she co-develops FGS Global’s Paris office building on her French-German expertise.

Katharina advises international clients on strategic communications, reputation management and media relations. She specialized in capital markets transactions such as M&A and IPOs with a focus on biotech, mobility and consumer goods.

She leads global teams and navigates her clients through critical situations by providing strategic guidance and helps executives to convincingly engage with key stakeholders. She has a solution-oriented approach and builds long-term trustful relationships with her clients.

Katharina is also co-managing the consultancy’s international partners: LLYC in Spain, Portugal and Latin America and Fogel & Partners in the Nordics.

Prior to joining FGS Global, Katharina worked for a French-American finance company in Paris. A graduate of the University of Hohenheim, Stuttgart and Sciences Po Bordeaux, Katharina holds a diploma in Communications and Political Science.
