Kelly advises institutional investors on political, policy and regulatory risks and opportunities. Her expertise spans transactional diligence across a range of regions and sectors, but she has a particular interest in UK public services.
Kelly was previously a civil servant across HM Revenue and Customs, the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office and HM Treasury. Her roles at these government departments included advising on tax subsidies and international tax cooperation, managing international anti-corruption programs and investigating financial crime. She also has appoximately four years experience at another global consultancy in London advising private equity firms and corporates on regulatory, reputational and political risks and opportunities.
