Kendall Bitonte

Kendall is a Director in our Strategy and Reputation practice at our London office. She excels in designing comprehensive corporate campaigns that boost engagement and support from employees, customers, and the broader consumer base. Kendall's decade-plus experience includes media relations, digital engagement, sustainability, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), creative solutions, and expertise in China relations, equipping her with a global outlook and a knack for innovation that translates into tangible business outcomes.

In 2024, Kendall's leadership was instrumental in securing a Gold award for the top internal communications campaign within the professional services industry. By conducting a thorough internal audit, she recommended strategic updates to the client's communication style. Her approach included adopting a variety of modern engagement tools such as a dedicated microsite, an interactive digital trivia game, and an e-zine, all reinforced by improved communication flows from management down to the teams. This strategy, backed by extensive project management, led to unprecedented levels of employee engagement for the client.

Kendall's recent portfolio includes directing a corporate rebranding initiative for a FTSE 100 consumer goods firm, reshaping the sustainability framework following a major merger in the UK energy sector, and guiding a leading UK housebuilder in enhancing its digital outreach to emphasize green skills.

Before joining FGS Global in London, Kendall had a successful tenure in China, starting in 2018 and working across our Beijing, Shanghai, and Hong Kong offices. She relocated to the London office in 2021.

Kendall holds master's degrees from the London School of Economics & Political Science and Fudan University, as well as a bachelor's degree from Boston College. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English and holds American citizenship.
