Kerry Golds

As a Partner at FGS Global's New York office, Kerry provides strategic and financial communications counsel to management and boards of public and private companies as well as financial sponsors during both special situations and the normal course.

Her areas of expertise include transactions and integrations, investor relations, strategic transformations and restructurings. She also has significant experience in crisis and issues management mandates as well as sustained media relations and corporate positioning programs.

Her clients have spanned sectors including financial services, media, technology, retail/consumer, transportation, education and energy.

While based in New York, she has provided extensive on-the-ground support to clients in Europe and the Middle East, including an extended assignment in FGS Global’s Dubai office. Kerry graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Comparative Literature and Literary Theory and a minor in Hispanic Studies. She lives in Hoboken with her husband.
