Kerstin is a Director in the Frankfurt office of FGS Global. She advises clients on capital markets transactions, strategic positioning and reputation management across industries. Since joining the firm in 2018, Kerstin has advised clients on various big IPOs and dual listings as well as various M&A transactions. She is also member of the Global ECM practice group.
Prior to joining FGS Global, she gained experience in corporate communications at Porsche AG as well as in print journalism. Kerstin holds a Masters of Communication Management from the University of Leipzig and a Bachelor in Communication Science from the University of Hohenheim, Stuttgart.
