Kiki is a Director in the New York office. She provides strategic counsel to companies across industries on a wide range of transactions and special situations, including M&A, public listings, complex litigation, workplace issues and crisis management. She also supports clients with proactive reputation-building efforts, corporate/executive positioning and ongoing media and investor relations programs.
Kiki's select experience includes: advising Hewlett Packard Enterprise on its acquistion of Juniper Networks and related federal antitrust litigation; multiple law firms on crisis communications around federal executive orders and presidential directives; First Advantage on its acquistion of Sterling Check; Pretium Partners, Bayer AG and Mango on ongoing corporate positioning; Sprint on its merger with T-Mobile; and SoftBank on the launch of various funds and portfolio support. She also has extensive experience helping companies navigate sensitive workplace issues, including internal investigations, executive misconduct/malfeasance situations and contentious executive transitions.
Kiki started her career at Sard Verbinnen & Co, one of FGS Global's predecessor firms, in San Francisco. She graduated cum laude from Colgate University, where she double-majored in Environmental Studies and Chinese.
