Kim Textor

Kim Textor is a Director in the New York office. She advises clients on a variety of transactions and special situations including mergers and acquisitions, senior management changes, IPOs, shareholder activism, crisis situations, and ongoing media and investor relations programs.

Kim's notable recent assignments include supporting: Kyndryl on its spin-off from IBM and ongoing corporate positioning; Southwest Gas on its acquisitions of Centuri Group and Questar Gas Pipelines; Excelerate Energy on its initial public offering; and OneMain Financial, 2U and Maiden Holdings on investor relations and ongoing corporate positioning.

Prior to joining the firm, Kim was an Investment Banking Associate in the Energy Group at Citi in Houston. At Citi, she worked with clients on a range of strategic transactions in the energy sector including debt and equity offerings, IPOs and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Citi, she worked as an Equity Research Analyst at the Dorset Energy Fund, an energy focused hedge fund in New York, where she concentrated on Exploration & Production companies.

Kim received a B.A. degree in History from Williams College and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
