Kolby Keo is an experienced public affairs and communications advisor based in FGS Global's Washington, DC office. He provides strategic counsel to clients at the intersection of policy, technology and global affairs.

Previously, Kolby ran the Executive Director's office at the University of California Washington Program (UCDC), where he led stakeholder engagement and external affairs. Earlier in his career, as a legislative aide to former U.S. Representative Alan Lowenthal, he helped serve the largest Khmer community outside of Cambodia—work that held particular significance as the son and grandson of Cambodian refugees.

Beyond FGS Global, Kolby serves as chair emeritus of the Conference on Asian Pacific American Leadership (CAPAL) and on the boards of Young Professionals in Foreign Policy (YPFP) and the National Society of High School Scholars (NSHSS) Foundation. From 2013 to 2015, he served as a city commissioner for his hometown of Garden Grove, California.

Kolby received a BA from UC Irvine, graduating summa cum laude with the Chancellor's Award of Distinction.
