Lauren H. Miller

Lauren Miller is a Senior Associate on FGS Global’s People team, based in the firm’s D.C.office. Lauren provides administrative support to the Global Chief Human Resources Officer, Michele Soho, while also providing support to the People team on efforts surrounding hiring and recruiting, learning and development, and assists in managing the firm’s robust internship program.

Prior to joining FGS Global, Lauren worked at Global Nomads Group, a nonprofit based out of New York specializing in virtual education and connection for youth across the globe. There, she was an Intern Coordinator, helping to spearhead the Content Creation Lab program. In college, she was also a Writing Mentor for students and served as Captain of the cross-country team.

Lauren graduated from Grinnell College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Spanish and currently lives in Washington D.C.
