Lauritz works as Associate Director Business Development in Zurich and is part of the Growth Team, focusing on driving growth across Continental Europe. He previously held senior roles in M&A and group strategy at Helvetia Insurance Group, where he led end-to-end transactions, supported major initiatives such as the merger between Helvetia and Baloise, and drove strategy development and execution across the organization. Earlier, Lauritz worked at Deutsche Bank in various functions, contributing to large-scale transformation programs including post-merger integration projects. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Mergers & Acquisitions from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
