Lexa Kai Brieck

Lexa Kai Brieck is a Consultant based in FGS Global’s Tokyo office. Prior to joining FGS, Lexa worked at Rakuten Group, Inc. in Tokyo, where she supported employee engagement, corporate branding, and service inclusion initiatives. She also has experience in various design fields, including product design, graphic design, and service design. Lexa holds a Bachelor’s degree in East Asian Studies with an Honors Certificate in Global Economy and Management from the University of Tokyo. She also earned a Master’s degree in Media Design with a Certificate in Service Design from Keio University. Lexa is bilingual in English and Japanese.
