Lindsay Alexander is a Managing Director in the New York office. She supports clients with creative strategy through corporate positioning, mergers and acquisitions, media and investor relations, shareholder activism and crisis management.

Recent notable assignments include digital creative for Douglas Elliman's IPO on the New York Stock Exchange, art directing a transaction website for Goodyear's acquisition of Cooper Tire and supporting LiveWire, formerly a brand under Harley Davidson Inc., on its IPO on the NYSE through a SPAC merger.

Other assignments include supporting CoreLogic Inc. on its proxy fight with Senator Investment Group and Cannae Holdings, Bumble Inc. on its IPO on the NASDAQ and Aspen Technology, Inc. on its proposed transaction with Emerson plus its 2022 ESG Report.

She has studied web development at General Assembly and digital design at New York University.

Lindsay earned a B.A. with honors from Lehigh University with a double major in Graphic Design and Art History and a minor in Business.
