Mom to two kids and one Siberian Husky. Loves visits to the Art Institute of Chicago and cheering on the Northwestern Wildcats.

Notable recent engagements include supporting Cintas on its proposed acquisition of UniFirst; Union Pacific on its proposed acquisition of Norfolk Southern; Mars on its acquisition of Kellanova; Becton Dickinson on the separation and sale of its Biosciences and Diagnostic Solutions business to Waters and acquisition of the Critical Care division from Edwards LifeSciences; Gogo Inc. on the sale of its Commercial Aviation division to Intelsat S.A. and acquisition of Satcom Direct; Winnebago Industries in its acquisitions of Barletta Boat Company, Newmar and Lithionics; Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company on its acquisition of Cooper Tire & Rubber Company; IRI on its merger with NPD and subsequent rebrand as Circana; and Stericycle, Inc. on its settlement with Saddle Point Management, L.P and acquisition by WM.
Lindsay also provides ongoing support on a range of matters to Cintas, Gogo, Becton Dickinson, and Circana, among others.
Lindsay earned a B.A. in Communications Studies from Northwestern University and an M.S. in Management Studies from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
