Lisa Miller Large is a Partner in the Strategic Communications Division of FGS Global, where she specializes in helping clients prevent, navigate, and manage the outcome of complex issues and crises. She is deeply steeped in workforce communications, labor relations, and union negotiations. She also brings great organization and process to her accounts.
Prior to joining FGS Global, Lisa spent three years working at Edelman as an integral part of its natural resources team.
Out of college, Lisa’s dual interest in geology and communications led her to the National Waterways Conference, a small trade association dedicated to the needs of America’s waterways, locks and dams, and ports.
Lisa grew up in North Carolina and attended Washington & Lee University. She received a BA in Geology, Journalism, and Mass Communications. Lisa lives with her husband and three sons in D.C.
