Liz Micci is a Partner in FGS Global’s New York office. She has 20 years of experience providing corporate, crisis, and financial communications counsel to clients ranging from startups to Fortune 50 companies during complex moments and times of transition. She has advised senior executives on a wide range of transactions, crises, litigation, and other special situations, as well as profile raising, media relations, and reputation management campaigns. She has worked across a variety of industries including consumer/retail, education, financial services, healthcare, media, private equity, technology, and transportation.
Prior to joining FGS Global, Liz was a Managing Director at Abernathy MacGregor, where she was a core member of the M&A team advising clients on cross-border transactions, unsolicited bids, activist defense, take-private transactions, and other high-profile situations. She began her career at Robinson, Lerer & Montgomery, Finsbury’s predecessor firm in the United States, where she worked for a decade. Liz holds a B.A. from Hamilton College.
