Louis is a Director at FGS Global’s Hong Kong office. He has worked with domestic and global organizations on their communications needs in Asia, ranging from reputation management, financial transactions, investor relations, crises, and public affairs. He brings extensive experience and understanding of capital markets and has advised on a range of complex financial transactions in the region, including M&A, IPOs, and shareholder activism. His experience spans across private equity, technology, healthcare, professional services, and insurance sectors. He also worked with some of the world's leading technology companies on government affairs and stakeholder engagement in Hong Kong.
Prior to joining FGS Global, Louis was a Senior Consultant at Newgate Communications where he advised clients from across the industrial spectrum on reputation management, financial transactions, digital communications, issue management, and litigation support. Previously, he also worked as a translator at a world's top 100 language services provider in Shanghai, China. Louis has a B.A. (Hons) in Translation from Hong Kong Baptist University. He speaks fluent Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
