Louisa lives in Buckinghamshire with her husband and two children and loves gardening, cooking, walks through the local countryside, and trips to the ballet.
Louisa Moreton leads the Global Transformation and Change Practice and is a Partner based in our London office. Louisa has specialized in employee engagement and change for almost 20 years, bringing together the rational and the emotional to effect lasting change and build strong businesses from the inside out.
Louisa works on projects ranging from strategy launches and transformation programs to culture change and strengthening internal communications, and has worked in almost every sector, including healthcare, financial services, retail, FMCG and the public sector. With a strong belief that change lasts when people voluntarily come on the journey, she specializes in developing authentic and meaningful change narratives and equipping leaders, managers and peer influencers to co-create the approach and lead the change.
In the past year, assignments have increasingly focused on Purpose activation, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Governance and employee voice as businesses get to grips with new reporting requirements and changing expectations of business.
Before joining FGS Global, Louisa worked as a consultant to several large businesses going through change, focusing on flexible working cultures, narrative development and values roll-out. Louisa previously led the engagement practices at Instinctif and MSLGROUP and also spent three years leading change and engagement programs for the UK Government.
Louisa holds a 1st Class MA Hons in French from the University of Edinburgh and lives in rural Buckinghamshire.
