Prior to joining FGS Global, Louise was at ICR Inc., a leading New York investor relations firm where she worked with leadership teams to advise on IPOs and SPACs, and helped establish year-round investor relations programming.
Louise graduated from Skidmore College with a B.A. in Art History.
Life Beyond FGS Global
Louise loves art and can be found at the ballet, orchestra and at art exhibition openings with her husband. She also enjoys travel and outdoor sports.
Louise is a Director in the New York office, where she works on transactions and special situations for public companies, including investor relations strategy, shareholder analysis, investor targeting and marketing, non-deal roadshows and analyst days, mergers & acquisitions, shareholder activism defense and preparedness and IPOs as well as long-term corporate positioning.
