While at SVC, Lydia managed the Washington, DC office. Prior to that, she was an Executive Assistant to Senior Partners in the retail sector at Boston Consulting Group.

As Associate Director of Marketing for North America, Lydia brings over a decade of experience in project and event management to FGS. In this pivotal role, she oversees the planning, execution, and evaluation of all marketing events across the region, ensuring each initiative aligns seamlessly with the company’s brand values and business objectives.
Lydia is responsible for orchestrating a diverse portfolio of events, including large-scale industry conferences and internal leadership meetings. With a keen eye for detail, she leads cross-functional teams to deliver events that engage stakeholders, foster relationships, and drive measurable business results.
Prior to joining FGS Global, Lydia held valuable roles at Boston Consulting Group, The Country Club of Virginia and McEnearney Associates, where she honed her expertise in project management and stakeholder engagement.
Lydia holds a BS in Communications from Virginia Commonwealth University and completed a certification in Event Management from the University of Virginia.
