Director
She/Her

Advising organisations on addressing strategic challenges, including shifts in policy, regulation, business direction, and industry trends. I help companies navigate periods of change, preparing them for potential crises and assisting in shaping their reputation during transitions.
I moved to the Netherlands in 2020 from London, swapping London's grey skies for the occasional drizzle. In London, I spent seven years advising institutional investors on their positioning across the UK/ EU. In the Netherlands, I joined Hague Corporate Affairs, later acquired by FGS Global in 2024.
Trying to balance work with being a young mother and an expatriate in the NL - which essentially means trying to master Dutch while chasing a toddler and figuring out whether cobbled pavements or bike lanes are the best option to roll a stroller.
Marion Banide is a Director in our Strategic & Reputation practice, where she works on a wide range of mandates: crisis management, corporate communications, and a touch of financial communications. She advises all kinds of organisations, from publicly listed multinationals to privately-owned scale-ups. Because of her background at Hague Corporate Affairs, she also has extensive experience supporting communications within public-affairs-heavy mandates - helping clients improve their positioning and messaging towards key stakeholders in politics and policymaking.
Before joining Hague Corporate Affairs in 2021 - and before moving to the Netherlands altogether - she lived and worked in London for seven years. She first joined Société Générale in their Investment Banking and Asset Management division, handling press relations for a variety of financial products and transactions. She then moved to the Irish-owned agency Hume Brophy in the heart of the City where she advised asset managers and, increasingly, clients in the retail and tech industries on corporate communications and PR. She also worked in litigation communications, advising international investors involved in legal proceedings before the High Court and the Court of Appeal of England and Wales. She loved that work - fast-paced, demanding, and incredibly stimulating, collaborating closely with lawyers and investigative journalists.
Marion holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Communications from La Sorbonne, where she still occasionally returns as a guest lecturer, teaching corporate and financial communications. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communications, both from La Sorbonne.
