Maya Kunz is a Managing Director based in Zurich. She advises blue-chip companies on strategic communications, CEO positioning, reputation management and media relations.
Maya has over 19 years of professional experience in Corporate Communications and PR across a wide range of sectors including financial services, tech, consumer goods, industrials, and private equity. Before joining FGS Global, she was Head of Corporate Communications at BlackRock in Switzerland. In this role she led the communications and reputation strategy, managed the press office and positioned the key leaders of the firm. Prior to BlackRock, Maya Kunz worked for nearly 10 years at Credit Suisse in London, New York and Zurich as Vice President, Senior Communications Manager and spokesperson. Maya Kunz started her career as a Public Affairs Consultant and Political Campaign Manager in her hometown Berne.
She holds a master’s degree in Politics and Communications from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland, and a Certificate of advance Studies in Communication Management from University of Zurich.
