Megan Bouchier is a Partner and co-head of the San Francisco office. She works with leading private equity and venture capital firms, and public and private companies at all stages of growth.
Megan partners with clients on ongoing corporate positioning, media relations and investor relations programs. She also regularly advises clients on fundraising and public offerings, M&A, litigation, crisis planning, management changes, shareholder activism and other complex situations.
Notable assignments include Slack's direct listing, Samsara's IPO, Zoom's pandemic response, Waymo's trade secrets litigation against Uber, global profile-raising for Grab and Didi, Shiseido's acquisition of Drunk Elephant and sale of the Laura Mercier, Buxom and bareMinerals brands to Advent International, as well as numerous confidential positioning and crisis management engagements.
