Melissa is a Director at FGS Global in Singapore, advising clients on corporate positioning, media relations, reputation management and stakeholder engagement.
Prior to joining FGS in 2024, Melissa was one of the earliest employees at Wachsman Singapore, a strategic communications consultancy specialising in blockchain and digital assets. Aside from these industries, Melissa led accounts in the ESG, events, financial services, and fintech sectors. Over the years, her clients have included Chainalysis, DBS Bank, SC Ventures, Visa Asia Pacific, and many more.
Well-versed in navigating the challenges of operating in nascent industries, Melissa has advised global businesses and startups on their strategic communications and brand narratives.
With a strong appreciation for and first-hand experience in navigating cross-cultural communications, Melissa has lived in seven countries across Asia Pacific, North America, and Europe.
Melissa graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature with a minor in Linguistics. Melissa is fluent in English and Tagalog.
