Michele Soho is the Global Chief Human Resources Officer at FGS Global where she is responsible for driving the global HR strategy and overseeing the HR transformation to deliver a world class people proposition and employee experience. Additionally, she partners with global and regional leadership to build on the current talent strategy, culture, and organizational strengths globally to support ambitious growth plans over the coming years.
Prior to her role as CHRO, Michele was COO of North America where she led strategic and operational issues while building the firm’s brand as a top place to work and grow careers.
Michele holds a Master's Degree in Public Health from Tulane University and a BA in Sociology and Anthropology from Millsaps College.
