Michele Soho is the Global Chief Human Resources Officer at FGS Global where she is responsible for the overall strategic and operational issues and oversees the long and short-term priorities building the firm’s brand as a top place to work and grow careers. Prior to her role as CHRO, Michele led the Talent and HR function managing the strategy of recruiting and retaining top talent while partnering with stakeholders across the firm to reinforce a culture that values and delivers an exceptional employee experience.
In addition to her oversight and management of the day-to-day operations of the firm, Michele continues to serve as a key advisor to division and executive management.
Prior to joining the firm, Michele spent ten years in the non-profit sector. As Assistant Director for Development at the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation, she was responsible for managing the Foundation’s largest corporate partnerships. Prior to that, she was a Director with The Greater New Orleans Foundation where she developed and managed grant making programs and built constituent support for Foundation initiatives in the community.
Michele earned a Master’s Degree in Public Health from Tulane University’s School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine and holds a BA in Sociology and Anthropology from Millsaps College. She lives with her family in Maryland.
