Michele Soho

Michele Soho is the Global Chief Human Resources Officer at FGS Global where she is responsible for driving the global HR strategy to deliver a world class people proposition and employee experience. Additionally, she partners with global and regional leadership to build on the current talent strategy, culture and organizational strengths globally to support ambitious growth plans over the coming years. Prior to her role as CHRO, Michele was COO of North America where she led internal strategy and operations and oversaw the long and short-term priorities building the firm’s brand as a top place to work and grow careers. In addition to her oversight and leadership of the day-to-day operations of the firm, Michele served as a key advisor to division and executive management.

Prior to joining the firm, Michele spent ten years in the non-profit sector. As Assistant Director for Development at the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation, she was responsible for managing the Foundation’s largest corporate partnerships. Prior to that, she was a Director with The Greater New Orleans Foundation where she developed and managed grant making programs and built constituent support for Foundation initiatives in the community.

Michele earned a Master’s Degree in Public Health from Tulane University’s School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine and holds a BA in Sociology and Anthropology from Millsaps College. She lives with her family in Maryland.
