Moe Katsuda advises clients on corporate positioning, financial communications and investor relations. By leveraging her experience, she provides unique insights into market dynamics and strategic positioning.
Moe is a capital markets expert with approximately ten years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance. She has advised on complex M&A transactions, capital market deals and funding arrangements for both domestic and international corporates.
Moe began her career as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley in Japan, where she gained extensive knowledge and experience in M&A and capital market transactions – with a focus on the technology, media, and telecommunications sector. She also supported clients in enhancing their investor relations strategies. Prior to joining FGS Global, Moe served in finance functions at Rakuten Group, where she played a pivotal role in several funding transactions as well as in the liability management of the firm.
Moe graduated from University of Tokyo with M.A. and B.A. in Mechanical Engineering.
