Molly Matney is a Senior Associate on the International Affairs team at FGS Global. Based out of the New York Office, Molly works with clients on a variety of social, political, and economic issues, especially those related to the United Nations and other multilateral institutions, global health, and sustainable development.
Prior to joining FGS Global, Molly worked for the United Nations Foundation, where she collaborated with a range of partners within the UN system, civil society, and the private sector to advance progress on areas such as gender equality, climate action, and implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals.
Molly earned a Master’s Degree in International Peace Studies from Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland, while serving as a Rotary Foundation Peace Scholar. Her research focused on the role of women leaders in peace building and applying a feminist lens to conflict prevention and reconciliation. She also previously participated as a Human Rights Fellow with the international NGO “Humanity in Action” and holds Bachelor’s Degrees in English and History.
