Life Beyond FGS Global

Pours her free time into her family, friends, traveling and the arts.

Monique Sidhom is a Managing Director in FGS Global’s Los Angeles office, where she advises public and private companies, boards, founders and senior executives on high-stakes financial, corporate and reputational matters. She specializes in complex transactions, special situations and crisis communications, with particular expertise at the intersection of financial communications and reputation management.

Monique counsels clients through some of their most sensitive and consequential moments, including transactions, restructurings, activist and hostile defense situations, executive leadership transitions, litigation-related matters and corporate crises. She is a trusted advisor to leadership teams navigating intense public, investor, employee and media scrutiny, helping organizations define and execute persuasive strategic narratives that shape stakeholder perception.

She brings more than a decade of experience advising on transformative transactions and high-profile situations across industries. Representative assignments include advising PIF, Silver Lake and Affinity Partners on their pending acquisition of EA; Synopsys on its acquisition of Ansys; Intel on its acquisition of Tower Semiconductor and other strategic transactions; Qualcomm in its defense against Broadcom’s hostile takeover attempt; AspenTech in transactions involving Emerson; and Alibaba Group on its NYSE IPO listing.

Prior to joining FGS Global, Monique oversaw communications and tactical initiatives for a boutique crisis advisory firm focused on wrongful imprisonment and exoneration matters spanning the Middle East, Europe and South America — experience that further shaped her expertise in sensitive stakeholder engagement and high-pressure communications environments.

She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Chapman University and an M.S. in Human Behavior from University of Southern California. She speaks Arabic.
