Monique is a Managing Director in our Los Angeles office advising public and private companies across sectors on a range of high stakes matters, complex transactions and special situations. She also provides strategic counsel and support to founders, CEOs and corporate executives on reputation and issues management.
Monique brings over a decade of experience in M&A, restructurings, executive leadership transitions, proxy contests, crisis preparedness and response, and litigation support. Representative assignments include advising: Synopsys on its $35 billion acquisition of Ansys; Intel in its acquisition of Tower Semiconductor and various other transactions; AspenTech in transactions with Emerson; Qualcomm in its defense against a hostile takeover attempt by Broadcom; Alibaba Group in its NYSE IPO listing. She also has extensive experience advising clients on corporate restructuring initiatives, including Cineworld/Regal, Acosta, Sports Authority, Avaya, 21st Century Oncology and others.
Prior to joining FGS Global, Monique oversaw communications and other tactical initiatives for a boutique crisis agency focused on wrongful imprisonment cases.
Monique holds a B.A. in Psychology from Chapman University and a M.S. in Organizational Development and Human Behavior from University of Southern California.
