Morgan helps clients develop and execute integrated communications campaigns in the firm’s Strategic Communications practice.
Served as Vice President of Political Communications at Arc Initiatives and held key roles in electoral campaigns across the country.
Often found at a concert, attempting a new recipe, or taking orders from her two rambunctious dogs.
Morgan is a Director on FGS Global’s Strategic Communications team. She joined the firm with more than a decade of experience driving strategic communications for political, policy, and advocacy campaigns across national, state, and local landscapes.
Prior to FGS Global, Morgan was Vice President of Political Communications at Arc Initiatives where she led strategic communications in the firm’s electoral campaigns practice. In this role, Morgan advised political candidates, issue advocacy campaigns, nonprofits, and organizations through rebrands, leadership transitions, crisis communications, coalition engagement, and management of winning elections.
Morgan’s electoral work includes serving as Communications Director for Smart & Safe Florida, Senior Communications Advisor to Congresswoman Sara Jacobs’ successful 2020 and 2022 campaigns and Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison’s 2022 reelection victory. She previously served as National Research Director for Beto O’Rourke’s presidential primary campaign, as Research Director for Richard Cordray’s Ohio gubernatorial campaign, and in roles with the Democratic Governors Association, American Bridge 21st Century, and the Democratic Party of Arkansas.
Morgan is an Arkansas native and holds a BA in International Relations from Hendrix College. She lives in Washington, D.C. with her husband and two dogs.
