Based in Amsterdam, he brings 15 years of agency and in-house experience supporting clients through complex moments — from reputational challenges and organizational transformation to leadership alignment and high-stakes stakeholder processes.
He has built particular expertise in strategic positioning and internal communications, helping leadership teams translate corporate strategy into clear narratives for internal and external audiences. Recent counsel includes developing the corporate strategy and internal communications framework for a global heavy-lift and transport company, and supporting The Magnum Ice Cream Company on its spinoff transaction communications.
As a Prosci-certified change practitioner, Nicholas brings a structured approach to transformation mandates where leadership communications and people change intersect.
Prior to FGS Global, Nicholas was VP of Corporate Affairs at Weber Shandwick, and held in-house roles at Booking.com and McDonald's Netherlands. He began his career at Edelman in Amsterdam.
He holds an MS in Communications Science from the University of Amsterdam.
