Nick Russell-Harris is a Director of Media Planning and Placement at FGS Global, where he leads multichannel advertising campaigns for clients across the firm’s practice areas. With a keen eye for data-driven strategies, he optimizes media placements to ensure maximum reach and engagement.

Nick joined FGS Global from Compass. As an early employee, he played a pivotal role in Compass’ growth from startup to Fortune 500, leading a corporate advertising team that successfully targeted both B2C and B2B markets. His efforts in creating cohesive audience profiles, messaging strategies, and strategic media placements significantly boosted sales and brand recognition.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Nick has a personal interest in non-profits and an early career involvement with a variety of public organizations, such as the Smithsonian Institution. He earned an MSc in International Marketing from King’s College London and a BA in Art History from George Washington University.
