Nicole Dade is a Managing Director and Head of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging at FGS Global, where she partners with firm leadership to develop and execute strategies that advance a more inclusive and equitable culture. She also serves as an HR Business Partner to the Government Affairs team.
Prior to joining FGS Global, Nicole worked at the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, where she conducted research, edited member publications, and managed grant programs with Eli Lilly and Pfizer. Earlier in her career, she was a News Desk Assistant at NBC4 Washington, conducting interviews and serving as a key link between the control room and the studio.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications with a concentration in Broadcast Journalism from Frostburg State University. When she's not shaping inclusive workplaces, she's living her best life — keeping up with her daughter Taylor and matching energy with Willow, her sassy, spirited boxer who brings the chaos, the cuddles, and absolutely zero chill.
