Olivia is a Director in the Boston office. Notable engagements include advising Stericycle on its sale to WM, Marymount Manhattan College on its merger with Northeastern University, EQRx on its sale to Revolution Medicines, TechTarget on its strategic combination with Informa Tech, Klaviyo on its IPO, SAIC on its CEO transition and business reorganization announcements, and Tempur Sealy on its acquisition of Mattress Firm and ongoing investor relations support.
Prior to joining FGS Global, Olivia spent nine years in Investor Relations for publicly traded real estate companies. She most recently worked at The RMR Group (Nasdaq: RMR), an alternative asset management company focused on commercial real estate and related businesses with $30 billion in assets under management.
Olivia graduated from Boston College with a BA in Sociology. She is originally from Vermont.
