Lives on the Upper East Side with his wife and cat, Oliver. On most weekends, Patrick can be found running in Central Park, reading historical markers across New York City, and cheering on the Alabama Crimson Tide or New York Yankees- depending on the time of the year.
As a Director on the FGS Global Food & Agriculture Team, Patrick uses his Capitol Hill and public affairs experience to provide clients strategic communications and public policy counsel on a wide array of agriculture, climate, food and sustainability issues.
Patrick joined FGS Global from the American Securities Association, a financial services trade association. As Vice President, Head of Public Affairs, he led communication strategies for the organization, aligning messaging with legislative and regulatory priorities affecting diverse financial institutions and investment management firms.
Prior to working for ASA, Patrick served as Communications Director for Congressman Frank Lucas (R- Oklahoma), where he developed and executed strategic communications efforts pertinent to legislative priorities and federal regulations, including the drafting and implementation of Farm Bill programs, COVID-19 emergency economic and health care legislation, and other Member priorities. He also worked for Congressman Robert Aderholt (R-Alabama) and Alabama Governors Robert Bentley and Kay Ivey.
Patrick was born in Birmingham, Alabama and raised in Alabaster, and holds his B.A. in Political Science (Public Policy) and History from the University of Alabama. Patrick lives in New York with his wife and cat.
