He lives in Northern Virginia and stays active with daily walks alongside his dog.
Patrick Carroll is a Partner in FGS Global's Government Affairs Division. He provides strategic political and legislative counsel on a broad range of issues to the firm's Health practice.
Prior to joining the firm, Patrick spent 9 years with the Senate Appropriations Committee, Subcommittee on Agriculture, Rural Development and FDA, serving as the subject matter expert on all FDA issues. In this capacity, Patrick oversaw the agency's budget management and program implementation, negotiated bicameral agreements, and coordinated with senior FDA leadership on regulatory policy. He also worked in senior staff roles for Representatives Ray LaHood (R-IL) and Kevin Yoder (R-KS) on the House Appropriations Committee and served as Director of Federal Government Relations for the Biotechnology Industry Association (BIO).
