As a Partner at FGS Global, Pete Siwinski brings over two decades of experience advising corporate clients on the potential value implications of certain events, situations, financial results, market trends, macro factors and communication approaches. He has done this as an investment banker, investor and strategic communications specialist.

Pete works with clients in the technology, healthcare, biopharma and industrial sectors on mandates ranging from profile raising to investor relations and investor day support, from crisis communications, both micro and existential, to transformational M&A. Pete places a high degree of importance on developing trusted client relationships so strategic guidance can be collaborative and delivered based on a deep understanding of the unique challenges the particular client may be facing.

Prior to joining the firm, Pete led the communications technology and information technology investment banking groups at Cowen and Company and sat on Cowen’s Fairness Opinion Review Committee. He began his career in New York at Merrill Lynch, as a member of Merrill's telecommunications investment banking group.

Pete holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D./M.B.A from Duke University. He lives in San Francisco with his wife and three sons.
