Life Beyond FGS Global

As a Managing Director in FGS Global’s Government Relations, Policy and Advocacy team, Philippe Radinger brings together issues of strategic positioning in political-regulatory affairs with high profile competition cases. He specializes in the political dimensions of merger control proceedings, especially in regulated and transformative markets.

Based in the Brussels office of FGS Global, Philippe has gained substantial experience in advising an international portfolio of clients on handling the impact of European politics and regulation on business models, special projects and high-value transactions. Philippe combines a legal background with seasoned communication skills to devise and see through actionable strategies to navigate highly political and business-critical situations.

Prior to joining FGS Global, Philippe worked in the competition practice of a top-tier German law firm and gained further experience in the EU representation of a German energy provider, as well as at the Federal Press Office in Berlin. Philippe holds an LL.M. in European competition and financial law from the London School of Economics and Political Science with further academic stints in Sweden and the Netherlands.
