Prior to FGS Global, Raihan led the Asia-Pacific financial services advisory at Global Counsel where he helped clients navigate political and policy uncertainty, and develop cross-border and market-entry strategies.
Raihan spent nearly a decade with the Monetary Authority of Singapore where he led teams driving policy and market-development initiatives for fintech, payments, and digital assets, as well as the central bank's international cooperation efforts. A former diplomat, Raihan brings a nuanced understanding of the geopolitical, economic, and institutional dynamics shaping the region.
