Rebecca Gasser serves as Chief Information Officer at FGS Global where she brings over 20 years of experience in technology leadership, collaborating closely with the Global Executive Committee to transform strategy into goals aligned with cost-effective solutions to realize value, provide an exceptional employee experience and unlock productivity.

Prior to FGS, she served as Global Chief Information Officer at Omnicom Health Group, VP of Information Technology at Ferrandino and Son and the Head of Product, Platforms for GlaxoSmithKline, where she worked to embed agile ways of working while creating a digital platform to accelerate the digital transformation capabilities.

A graduate from Penn State University, Rebecca holds a dual Master’s degree in Business Administration and Information Science. She also sits on the Board of Directors for the Philadelphia chapter of the Society for Information Management and the Board of Trustees for The Rock School for Dance Education in Philadelphia. Additionally, she volunteers as a Career Coach with ScholarMatch, a non-profit organization serving first generation college students as they navigate their college career.

In her personal time, Rebecca focuses on health, wellness and happiness. She enjoys traveling the world with her family and is active in the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) community as they support her daughter living with Type 1 Diabetes.
