Richard is a Director in FGS Global’s London office, having joined the firm in 2016. He advises listed and private companies across a range of sectors including natural resources, private capital, industrials, and financial and professional services on complex communications issues. He brings significant experience working on high-profile international M&A, IPOs and capital markets transactions, along with shareholder activism, crisis and litigation communications, corporate reputation and profile raising.
Prior to FGS Global he trained and practised as a City solicitor specialising in infrastructure and energy transactions before moving into strategic communications. Richard holds a BA in Classics from the University of Bristol and postgraduate legal qualifications from Nottingham Law School.
