Rich works with foreign sovereigns, trade associations and corporations, leading national public affairs campaigns and targeted grassroots efforts.
He has managed prominent issues in public diplomacy, trade, aviation and transportation; telecommunications; technology and privacy matters; and corporate transactions involving highly technical matters, including reviews by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS). Much of Rich’s work is in third-party outreach and coalition-building on behalf of his clients.
Rich managed his own firm for nearly 20 years and he has extensive political campaign experience at all levels of government and has worked for a member of the U.S. House of Representatives and on the committee staff of a U.S. Senator. Rich has a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Rochester and a J.D. from George Washington University.
