Rob is an Associate Director in FGS Global's Financial Services Public Policy team in London, where he helps clients navigate the UK's financial services regulatory regime and policy environment.
Rob joined FGS Global from Global Counsel, where he supported a range of international banking and insurance clients on public affairs and UK regulation.
He previously spent four years at the Association of Foreign Banks, where he advised members on regulatory and public policy issues.
Outside work, Rob is a Charlton Athletic season ticket holder, a Level 5 FA referee, and an enthusiastic cook, baker and traveller.

He previously spent four years in the policy and regulatory-affairs team at the Association of Foreign Banks, where he advised non-UK headquartered wholesale banks on regulatory and public policy issues. He chaired working groups on climate financial risk and skills, and led consultation responses on financial crime, operational resilience, remuneration, and growth and competitiveness, and managed engagement with regulators, government and politicians.
Rob holds an MA in International Relations with distinction from Sogang University in Seoul, South Korea, and an MA in Philosophy and Politics from the University of Edinburgh.
