Robin Weinberg is a Partner in the New York office. She advises management teams and boards on navigating complex matters including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder activism, spin-offs, public offerings and crises. She counsels companies through transitions and special situations by developing integrated communications strategies to effectively reach key constituents.

Robin has recently been involved in advising Spirit Airlines on its proposed sale to JetBlue as well as advising Spirit Airlines in its announced merger, later terminated, with Frontier Group Holdings. She also advised Ortho Clinical Diagnostics on its transaction with Quidel, Zendesk on a contested acquisition, activist defense and going private, International Paper on its spin-off of Sylvamo, CoreLogic on a take-private transaction after a proxy fight and the IPOs of Warner Music Group, Bumble, Xponential Fitness and Blend Labs.
