As a Director of FGS Global in Frankfurt, Romy advises clients on all aspects of investor relations and financial communications, including IPOs and M&A transactions. Her client list includes both companies taking their first steps towards the capital markets as well as established blue chips.
She was seconded to the London office of FGS Global in 2022.
Before joining FGS Global, Romy gained practical experience in strategy consulting and in finance departments of DAX-listed companies, including investor relations. She studied Finance and Law (LL.M.) at Goethe University in Frankfurt with a focus on capital market relevant processes and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration (B.Sc.) from the same university.
