Sam is a Director in FGS Global’s London office where he advises clients across a wide range of sectors and mandates, with a particularly deep understanding of financial services. He provides strategic advisory for companies at critical moments as well as helping them to build long-term strategies to promote and protect their reputations.
He has extensive experience in M&A, having advised on a large number of complex, cross-border transactions and sponsor-backed deals in recent years. He also has experience across ECM and crisis and issues management in the UK, Europe and Asia.
Whilst at FGS Global, Sam spent two years based in Singapore where he advised companies, funds and non-profits on a wide range of pan-Asia mandates.
He holds a degree in Hispanic Studies from King’s College London and also studied at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).
