Landed in Brussels in 2018 after studying and working in the Netherlands, Ecuador and Spain. She combined two of her passions – policy and agri-food – and supported several organisations while working for Hague Corporate Affairs.
Catching every opportunity to stay active and travel. Her next travel destination? Most likely somewhere in Latin America.
Silvia Alunni is Director within the Government Affairs, Policy & Advocacy practice at FGS Global’s Brussels office. She co-leads FGS Global EU Ag & Food Practice.
Prior to FGS, Silvia gained consultancy experience working at Hague Corporate Affairs, a public affairs and communication agency, where she managed the Brussels office’s client portfolio in the Ag & Food sector. Clients Silvia worked with encompass the whole Ag & Food supply chain: representation of farmers (both EU and non-EU), agricultural input producers, as well as food companies.
Silvia holds a Master's degree in Environmental Sciences from Wageningen University and Research (the Netherlands), and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations from University of Perugia (Italy).
Italian native speaker, Silvia is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
