As the Chief of Staff at FGS Global’s team in the Middle East, Sunshine leads strategic initiatives with the CEO, streamlines business operations, pricing and team resourcing to ensure operational efficiencies and seamless execution across the organization.
Sunshine has 20 years of experience leading large-scale digital projects, including Expo 2020, Neom, the Department of Culture and Tourism Abu Dhabi, and the Royal Commission of AlUla. Beginning her career as a software engineer, she has leveraged her technical expertise and strategic acumen to drive complex projects to success, ultimately transitioning into leadership roles where she excels at building high-performance teams and creating scalable processes and systems that can accommodate growth and change. Her strategic mindset and adeptness at identifying operational inefficiencies enable her to implement targeted solutions that maximize productivity and improve bottom-line performance.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and a Master's in Information Systems.
She lives in Dubai with her husband, daughter, and two dogs.
